Fete, a seasonal New American neighborhood restaurant in the heart of Chinatown, is hiring fulltime daytime and evening busser and food runner. We are the 2022 James Beard winner for Best Chef Northwest & Pacific. If you have a passion for food and hospitality, please drop us a line. Who you are: An integral member of the restaurant’s porterteam who excels at cleanliness, organization, and thrives in a busy workplace. What you’ll do: You will work with our kitchen staff and front of house staff in washing dishes and helping to clean, polish and stock all wares, pots, pans, prep items to help a normal kitchen and dining room function.The person in this role should enjoy a busy pace, maintaining a sense of urgency while ensuring proper steps of restaurant service, and keeping their workspace organized. Communicates effectively with staff members, management, and the kitchen during service. What we need from you: 1-3 years previous dishwasherexperience is preffered. Willing and eager to learn more about food, wine, and hospitality.
